Case Study- Human Resource Assistant

Customer:  Applied Training Solutions, LLC – HR Department 

At ATS, not only are we finding unique ways of using generative AI in our software application we provide to our clients, but we are also finding ways to impact internal operations.  We have developed several applications to assist our Human Resource division with recruitment of new employees. 

We have developed a set of tools that leverages generative AI to: 

  • Assist with the development of writing up job descriptions for open staffing positions 
  • Assist with the creation of interview questions related to the job description, centered on duties and responsibilities, skills, education and experience 
  • Assist with the generation of an evaluation matrix to assist our team with evaluating various candidates during the interview stage 
  • Assist with a preliminary evaluation of a candidates resume with the job description for faster screening of candidates 

We approach the use of these generative AI tools in our HR department with great care and diligence. We understand the challenges and potential risks associated with AI, such as bias and data privacy concerns. Therefore, we implement strict guidelines and continuously monitor AI processes to ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Our goal is to harness the benefits of generative AI while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and trust in our HR practices.
